RESPONSIBILITIES
Emily is the founding partner of GVA Emirah, having spent some 10 years working for DTZ, Matthews & Goodman and CB Richard Ellis.
Emily heads the General Practice division of the company. Her primary role is the coordination and supervision of corporate instructions to ensure that the client receives the highest quality advice.
PRIOR ASSIGNMENTS
Emily worked at Senior Executive Director Level on a number of prestigious and high profile pan-European mandates and pitches with teams ranging between 6-8 people.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Feasibility study of a new Central London development site of 30 acres with a Net Development Value of £1.4 billion and a Residual Site Value of £400 million.
- Appointed as Corporate Service Advisor for a Fortune 500 company to acquire 1,000 sq m of leasable space in Nicosia, Cyprus.
- Feasibility study of a 7 acre mixed-use development site for an Arab Investor in Limassol, Cyprus worth €14 million.
- IPO instruction and valuation of an €800 million pan-European portfolio with assets in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Feasibility study of 3,000 acre mixed-use site in Kazakhstan. The new development included marinas, hotels, cinemas, commercial and industrial accommodation and high-end residential. Valued at $2 billion.
- Valuation of 7 mixed-use development sites in the Balkans worth over €100 million
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Emily is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).
EDUCATION
Emily has a BSc (Honours) degree in Economics from the University of London and an MA in Property Investment from City University, London.
